Shipping policy

DISCREET SHIPPING: 

• All packages are delivered discreetly in plain packaging.

SHIPPING PROCESS:

• Orders received Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours upon receipt if received by 11:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.
• Orders received over the weekend will start processing on Monday within 24 hours.
• Excludes major U.S. holidays.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME:

• Allow up to 5 to 7 business days within the continental U.S. for arrival after processing.
• All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday through Friday and shipped in a timely manner.
• Delivery time can vary depending on location.

SHIPPING FEES:

• All shipping is FREE within the continental U.S..
• All shipping fees are determined at checkout.

SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDERS:

• All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Express Saver.

RESOLUTIONS FOR LOST OR LATE SHIPMENTS:

• Circumstances outside our control can cause shipments to be lost or late.
• EROTAS LIFE is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to any parcel fault.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

• Military addresses cannot be delivered due to military guidelines regarding shipping service providers.
• Shipping within the USA only. No international shipping.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

• Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective.
• Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• We currently do not offer international shipping.
